Règlements communaux
Following the entry into force of the law of July 6, 2004 amending the law of February 14, 1955 regarding the regulation of traffic on all public roads, municipal authorities must now seek prior approval from the minister responsible for Transport and Public Works for any provision affecting a section of a national road concerning speed limits, access restrictions to the road network, priority, and road space allocation.
