A Bosselesch
The « A Bosselesch » structure comprises 26 individual apartments designed to meet the needs of elderly people. All accommodations are equipped with at least one bedroom, a shower room, and an open living area including a fully equipped kitchen.
The building is located in the heart of Mondercange, close to shops and public transportation. The presence of the Senior Club at the « A Bosselesch » Center, with its diverse range of activities, as well as communal meals, allows residents to make contacts. At the same time, each tenant can retreat to their apartment, on their own terrace, and thus fully enjoy the tranquility.
The « A Bosselesch » Center offers various sports and cultural activities, organizing language classes and excursions, as well as trips, either within Luxembourg or abroad.
The Municipal Administration of Mondercange rents out housing adapted to the specific needs of seniors from the age of 65, within the framework of a rental contract. The contracting parties expressly declare their submission to the legal and regulatory provisions regarding rental housing in force in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
In order to optimize the safety of all residents of the Residence, an external assistance call system (« tele-alarm ») has been installed throughout the Residence in collaboration with Eltrona Security Systems (material provided) and the Foundation « Stëftung Hëllef Doheem » (Sécher Doheem assistance call service).
